INITIATING WORK IN THE
TISSUE CULTURE ROOMS AT MMRI

Step 1. All persons who plan to work in the Tissue Culture Rooms at MMRI must read the MMRI SOP ANP045: "Guidelines and Requirements for Use of the Tissue Culture Room"

Step 2. Sign and return the acknowledgement form to Kayla Vuong.

Step 3. Anyone working with human cells MUST have a current hepatitus B vaccination. For additional information, see OSHA: Hepatitis B Vaccination Requirements. If you choose to decline the vaccination, fill out a Hepatitis B Declination Form, keep the original in your company files and return a copy to Kayla Vuong.

Step 4. Anyone working with human cells and plan to use them in animals MUST read MMRI SOP ANP027: "Use of Human Cells" and follow instructions for Initiating Animal Studies at MMRI.
